When you choose a Moduplay Product you are covered by our extensive Insurance and Warranty Systems to give you complete piece of mind.
Every Moduplay playground product is designed to comply.
Types of Warranties
There are different warranties available, depending on the product selected:
- 10 Year Warranty – Platforms and Static Metal components
- 5 Year Warranty – Roto & Extruded-Polyethylene Accessories and Structural Rope Items
- 2 Year Warranty – Moving Parts
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Product has not been modified or changed in any way.
- All work has been carried out by a qualified person.
- Warranty will be given on proof of purchase date (e.g. original invoice) and the faulty products assessed by Moduplay.
