Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s specified address. The Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The failure of Moduplay Group to deliver will not entitle the Customer to treat this Contract as cancelled.
Moduplay Group will not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to failure by Moduplay Group to deliver the Goods (or any part of them) promptly or at all. All risk for the Goods passes to the Customer on delivery even if Moduplay Group retains ownership.
Freight is calculated once your order is confirmed and will be included on your invoice. Customers can arrange their own freight or pick up of goods. Please make a note with your order in this respect if required.
Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us, for which Moduplay Group will not be responsible.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All orders are shipped from our Unanderra Warehouse using the TNT carrier service. Once dispatched, please allow between 4-8 business days for your order to arrive.
Unfortunately we do not currently deliver internationally.
If any items are not available in stock at the time of placing your order, Moduplay Group will ship the remaining items immediately as they become available.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is to contact us on 1800 806 145 or email email@example.com and we will issue you with a Goods Returns Form, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for us to collect the item.
Goods delivered in error or damaged in transit may be returned with our agreement. Custom made products are not able to be returned without our prior agreement.
To return your product, you should address your product to: Moduplay Group Pty Ltd, 12-14 Doyle Avenue, Unanderra, NSW, 2526, Australia.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of approval.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund including shipping costs for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you change your mind about goods we deliver there may be a restocking charge of up to 20%. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
